ABOUT BLAIR BUCHANAN

I have been a full time Licensed Realtor since 1974 and proudly serving the Region of Durham and beyond, helping families to achieve their real estate dreams.

I moved to Whitby in 1971 with my wife Esther and we have lived in the same house since 1976. We have 3 daughters, Sarah, Erin and Janet and 5 Grandchildren.

As a member of the Rotary Club of Whitby Sunrise, we have been involved in supporting many local projects including St. Vincent’s Kitchen, the Muslim Welfare Centre, Whitby Ribfest and Savour the Flavour. Our special interest is supporting projects in the Dominican Republic, through Rotary. The projects there include providing water filters and solar lights to impoverished rural areas, building a school for adult education and an adopt a senior program which provides food for retired cane cutters without families.

I am most recently in the top 2% of Realtors in the market area and provide close and personal connection with my past clients. Over 90% of my business comes from satisfied clients and their friends and associates.
